Styled in Italy by Frua, the Floride was hailed as the prettiest carst of its time. It was available in either coupe or cabriolet versions and Brigitte Bardot promoted the car when it first went on sale. It received a short wheelbase with long overhangs, making the car extremely distinctive and recognisable when it went on sale in 1959.
